AT&T Review
your customer service is horrible
I got transferred to a nice lady who agreed with my extension and seen that I did pay and that I should not get billed for it. She also went through my bill and seen where I wasn't getting a discount that I was suppose to be getting and fixed that problem. Because of her I am still with Direct TV. She's nice and her ID# is 101204885. I wish I could of talked to her from the get go. AT&T you need to retrain your help. They are awful. Direct TV keep your employees. I'm afraid AT&T is going to give you a bad name.
